Kyle Wagoner
Part Owner
Kyle Wagoner, a Minocqua local and part owner of Northern Dreamscape for the past four years, plays a key role in the company’s daily operations. As the main equipment specialist, Kyle is highly motivated and works closely with the crew to ensure every project is completed with precision and care. His commitment to quality shines through on every job, and he takes pride in treating each property as if it were his own, making sure clients receive results that truly reflect their vision.
Outside of work, Kyle is passionate about the outdoors—especially deer hunting—and loves spending summer days on the lake with his family.
Baylen Caley

Baylen Caley, a proud Eagle River resident and part owner of Northern Dreamscape, is dedicated to ensuring every client is 100 percent satisfied with the work delivered. With a strong drive to exceed expectations, Baylen approaches each project with the goal of making it even better than you imagined, combining vision, precision, and genuine care. His commitment to quality and customer happiness is reflected in every detail of the job.
Outside of work, Baylen is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys deer hunting and traveling throughout the Midwest to explore public hunting land. In the summer, he loves spending time with his family out on the boat, enjoying the beauty of Wisconsin’s lakes.
